At Beetroot Healthy Food - we are passionate about nutrition. Our goal is to provide fresh, nutritious, organic plant based ingredients to you every day.

We aim to create delicious, and healthy, plant based fare using organic freshly sourced produce.

Our major goal is to show you just how delicious - and life affirming - conscientious cuisine can be!

A whole foods diet can be protective against cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and a host of other chronic diseases.

Vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts and seeds are all sources of easily digestible protein - as well as being loaded with phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fibre - all of which promote superior health.

What we do

  • Freshly prepare vegan stew and soups using organic vegetables every day.
  • We use heart healthy oils always.
  • We use freshly prepared vegetable stock in all of our soups and stews always.
  • We use fully compostable and 100% biodegradable packaging always.
  • We use organic coffee beans and milks always.
  • Our food is always vegetarian or vegan - and we avoid gluten and allergens where ever possible

What we don't

  • We never use stock cubes, sulphites, thickening flours or agents, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
  • We never use processed sugars and have never use mayonnaise in our salad dressings.
  • We avoid gluten and allergens wherever possible.
